To be awarded the CTLE – Certified Talent-Led Educator credential, participants must:
✅ Complete all five learning modules, covering:
Afrocentric and global education theory
The FAVORS framework and 4 Siri Keys
Talent identification and mastery-based facilitation
Club and curriculum planning using Soma Time and Siri Time
Use of the Soma Siri App for lesson delivery, attendance, and assessment
🔎 Undertake a mandatory Practicum, which involves:
Facilitating live sessions in one of the following:
A Soma Siri Innovation Hub
A Soma Siri Partner School
A self-led or transformed club space turned into a Siri Learning Hub
Documenting learner growth using the Siri MaP and portfolio tools
Submitting field evidence (photos, videos, reflections, rubrics)
💡 Complete a Capstone Project, which includes:
Designing a 4–6 week learning experience grounded in talent-led pedagogy
Demonstrating integration of all 4 Siri Keys
Submitting a final report and presentation showing learner outcomes
🧠 Pass the Final Evaluation, which includes:
A written quiz on key theories and concepts
Submission and defense of your Capstone and Portfolio
A live or recorded demo session showing facilitation skills and app usage
